The person working was so kind and helpful! She helped me transfer my service to a new phone after my old one stopped working. One of the best att/phone store experiences I've had.
I have no words for the kindness showed to me by the workers at this ATT store. My iPhone 12 broke, and I was using an old iPhone 8, but my sim card was not working in it, I suspect due to water damage. I managed to navigate to the store from my house with no data, because the map had preloaded it. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. I knocked and a woman named Elena told me they were closed. I walked away, but as I did, I realized I had no way of getting directions home, or to an ATT store that was open. I went back to knock on the door, and a gentleman named Michael opened the door. I explained to him my situation, and thank goodness he offered me to come inside. I had only hoped to get an internet connection so that I could download the map to get home or to another ATT store. Instead, he had Elena help me get a new SIM card. Partial way through her helping me, I told her, “I don’t expect you guys to help me with this, because I know I’ve already inconvenienced you enough, and you are staying past closing to help me, but I actually came to this store to upgrade to a new iPhone.” Elena immediately said, “Of course we can help you with that.” I couldn’t believe it. Michael came out, and so did another woman named Vivian. They got me on the correct payment plan to upgrade to the iPhone 15. I picked out a phone case and screen protector while I was there, to prevent any accidents. They informed me that I could pick out an accessory of my choice for free. I picked out the $24 ATT wired headphones. They helped me through every step of the way, with bright smiles on their faces, and amazing energy. I would have potentially had to wait another day with no service, but thanks to them, I went home with a fully functioning iPhone 15. I’m so grateful to them, and I highly recommend coming to this ATT store. Elena, Michael, and Vivian are top notch, and I can’t praise them enough.

Michael and Alina were incredibly kind going above and beyond to help me after the ATT customer service line hung up on me after being on hold for over 3 hours. They truly went ABOVE and beyond to ensure my issue was fixed. I genuinely am blow away by their dedication to resolve my issue and I am so grateful that they both work here. This is true customer service, it's the type of customer service we no longer see anymore so I am so grateful I walked into this store.

My experience with Michael was fantastic—he truly saved AT&T from my rage. I went to three different stores, and none of the staff understood the promotion or what they were doing, which was incredibly frustrating.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this AT&T store. My account had been completely messed up by an outside sales representative, and for weeks I felt frustrated and overwhelmed trying to get everything sorted out. When I came to this store, the employees went above and beyond to patiently walk me through the issues and fix what seemed impossible.
Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business!
I had such a great experience at this AT&T store. My account was a complete mess due to outside sales, but the staff here were extremely patient and professional in helping me fix everything. They explained things clearly, took their time to resolve the issues, and made me feel supported the whole way. Truly excellent customer service—I highly recommend this location!
